That’s why, when you install your split-unit aircon with us, we also offer you our AirCare LIFETIME REPAIR GUARANTEE to make aircon downtime a thing of the past.

As long as you keep servicing your aircon with us every 6 months, any time your aircon needs repairs, we will fix it for free (as long as the manufacturer continues making the spare parts).

• Additional copper piping, wiring and drain piping is chargeable at RM20 per ft (for 1HP), RM24 per ft (for 1.5HP), RM28 per ft (for 2HP), RM30 per ft (for 2.5HP), RM34 per ft (for 3HP)

Terms and conditions for AirCare Lifetime Repair Guarantee

1. The AirCare Lifetime Repairs service is available for NEW aircons (purchased within 30 days of installation) with original manufacturer warranty documents
2. Customer purchasing this service will be given free labour and materials repair service in the case that the aircon is faulty and requires repairs
3. The repair service will be provided as long as the Recommend.my team is able to source for the original manufacturer’s parts in the market, either directly from the manufacturer or through its licensed distributors. If Recommend.my team is unable to source the parts, customers may source the parts themselves and Recommend.my will perform the repair using those parts. If after 30 days of making a repair request, either Recommend.my team or the customer are unable to source the original parts, it means that the repair cannot be done and the customer will be compensated using the Compensation table below.
4. In the first few years where original manufacturer / compressor warranty is still valid, Recommend.my will assist the customer to activate and claim warranty with the original manufacturer. After the original manufacturer warranty expires, Recommend.my will be responsible for the labour and material cost of the repair.
5. As a condition of validity of this Lifetime Repair service, the air-conditioner MUST be serviced by Recommend.my every 6 months (at prevailing chemical servicing prices offered at Recommend.my website). If more than 6 months has passed between installation-to-servicing date, or servicing-to-servicing date, the Lifetime Repairs service will become invalid.
6. Compensation table – in the case that both Recommend.my and the customer is unable to source original parts in the market, Recommend.my will compensate the customer in this manner below:
